What is it

The goal is to provide individualized physiotherapy in a familiar and safe setting, maximizing therapeutic benefits and accelerating the return to daily functionality and independence.

- Comprehensive Assessment at your place (home, workplace)
- History Taking: Recording medical history, symptoms, functional limitations and goals.
- Clinical and Functional Assessment: Specific clinical and functional tests to identify potential causes and aggravating factors (e.g., obstacles, stairs, furniture arrangement, etc.).
- Individualized Treatment Plan Design
- Creation of a customized rehabilitation program, adapted to your needs, capabilities and goals, taking into account the specifics of your living or working environment.
- Patient and Family Education
- Consultation on symptom self-management and adopting optimal ergonomic habits.
